2. What data do we process?
- Identity: full name
- Contact: phone, e-mail
- Professional information: education, work experience, skills, the area applied for and any other information you give us in your CV or application form
We do not ask for special categories of personal data (such as health, religion, political opinion, association membership or criminal convictions). Please do not share this kind of information in your application. If it has been shared, it is not used in the evaluation.
3. For what purpose and on what legal basis?

4. How do we collect it?
We collect your data electronically, through the career forms on our website and the e-mails you send us.
5. Who do we transfer it to?
Your application is seen only by Başaran employees involved in the recruitment process. Transfers to the service providers used to deliver the forms, and transfers abroad, are made in line with the principles set out in section 1.4 of our Personal Data Notice. Transfers to public authorities that are legally entitled to request them may be made on request and only to the extent required by law.
6. How long do we keep it?
We keep your data for as long as necessary to evaluate your application and for suitable positions that may open in the future. At the end of this period, or at your request, it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised. You can ask for your application to be deleted at any time.
